Included standard features like Diamond Sear Cooking Grids, Hot Surface Ignition, Comfort Touch Knobs, Interior Lights, and heavy-duty cast stainless steel burners make this a luxury appliance. The 1/4″ thick cast stainless steel burners can cook as low as 200 degrees while still getting more than hot enough to put a proper sear on a steak.
