Included standard features like Diamond Sear Cooking Grids, Hot Surface Ignition, Comfort Touch Knobs, Interior Lights, and heavy-duty cast stainless steel burners make this a luxury appliance. The 1/4″ thick cast stainless steel burners can cook as low as 200 degrees while still getting more than hot enough to put a proper sear on a steak. The 16GA heat distribution plates prevent flare-ups while creating smoke to add to the flavor of your meal. Since 1937, Fire Magic has been advancing the art of outdoor cooking.
