Included standard features like a rotisserie with an infrared rear rotisserie burner, a charcoal/smoker basket, heat zone separators, and heavy-duty cast stainless steel burners make this a complete outdoor cooking machine. Cook a hen or small turnkey on the rotisserie. The 1/4″ thick cast stainless steel burners can cook as low as 200 degrees while still getting more than hot enough to put a proper sear on a steak.
